I'd be interested to know the reasons behind the Ontario Wheat Producers Marketing Board's decision to issue their own export licenses. Am I right in this, or is it just a rumor?
Of course, it would also be very interesting to know what the CWB response to Ontario is! Are they going to attempt to throw OWPMB officials in jail, and the farmers who got a non-CWB licenses too?
