Each elevator, understandably, has there own basis. Is there any room for movement on those by the merchant? If it isn't the elevator, Who sets those basis and are they willing to move on them if the elevator wants your grain and it's specific qualities?

Lol yup , on Tuesday this week there was up to $1 diff in basis between elevators with 60 miles here
