    new CGC standards and guides

The CGC has announced that they have put out new STD's and guides to go in effect Nov 19th.
So all the wht you have had graded will not reflect new standards. Elev and CGC etc. Would have been using old standards up until then.

No but if you are degraded for FR or Mil the grades you got before the 19th may not reflect new. Elev will not have had these yet and the CGC used old standards on harvest survey.

I can't see the changes on their website.
It shows changes that took effect on August 2014 though.

Interesting. Hauling canola today, be quizzing the grain buyer if he's up to speed on the new standards. Quite a jump in money from a 3 red to a 2 red in spring wheat. Mildew and frost are usually our two biggest degrading factors. Funny it can still make flour.
