Father used to talk about treating seed with formalin.
Can remember the days of mercury seed treatment.
Times change, let's agree to move on, certainly if other countries are doing so.

Provide me an avenue to recoup the extra costs and I'm all for change. Keep taking more and more, and I am left needing to "adjust", I prefer the status quo.

If it weren't for succession, less than afew more years and someone else could be the Industries' Bitch...

Hopper, the same thing was attempted in the US, and the ASTA pushed back hard. Now, it is merely a "guideline" ref- http://seed-treatment-guide.com/.
There is a discussion on The Combine Forum that may shed some light on this topic.
