Market Moves Today

Interesting moves on the grain and oilseed futures market. Spent a little bit of time looking at the charts for soybeans and corn. Pushed higher during the week/yesterday. A move higher today but close on the lows. Not surprising given traders like to even out positions prior to weekends but a spot to pay some attention.

Will be interesting if the markets are consolidating for the next move to higher prices or will hit the wall/start the next leg lower.

I added to my short position so it should be straight up from here.

It's been pretty wild last few days. I see the canola carry has eroded significantly. Meal up huge today, crude oil smacked around. Time to set a few targets that turn me a profit. I don't think the ag sector has turned the corner, not with a huge crop in the USA.
