what is the best way to access US markets ? i farm in ne sk and we ended up with a lot of high protien cwrs wheat here that came back as a good #2 for fus from grain comm. and our local big box elevator calling it feed wheat ! of course px 1/2 point lower also there .our protien ranges from 14-15.7 . it all looks quite decent , although not quite as red as last year .i learned my lesson last year , not feeding the leaches anymore !

What is the issue with the elevator? Don't they know how to grade or just trying to pull a fast one? Why isn't the CGC looking into the problem?
Lets make these guys take certified grading course.
You wouldn't take your car to a mech unless he was properly trained and pass a cert exam.

That's a long haul to the U.S. But the 10% difference in dollar will help pay the freight. How many miles is it from your place to Sweetgrass? The Plentywood Columbia is closed for renos until November. Wish you had Durum, not wheat. There must be some forward sales squeezing the buys and with quality like that, there should be a good buck. You might want to send a sample to the U.S. Just to see what they say. Sure sounds odd that our elevators aren't sweetening the pot for deliveries. Give them another month, if this weather keeps us out of the field.

930 km to sweetgrass from here and we can't get any US destination cars thanks to CN . what kind of premium would they have there for 15.5 px , #2 cwrs, would you happen to know ? unfortunately we can't grow durum here
