      If that were here it wouldn't need to bein paper to be gone with a phone call. Renting cheaper in this case.
      However, ya sounds damn arrogant. Who needs to list on kijiji anyway? Sign of times. Hope it sits.

          The crazy thing might be that he gets close to what he asks for rent.

          Not sure if he will move his antique cowbells for $190 either.....LOL.
