    August USDA world and US supply demand information released today. No major surprises that I can see at first quick glance.

          Charlie, the only surprise was how USDA appeared to sandbag the average corn yield at 167.4 bushels per acre. The trade average guess was 170 bu/acre.

          But USDA is known to low-ball yields until Nov to Jan period.

          Global 2014-15 wheat ending stocks continue to swell which suggests wheat prices may be flat-lined for a spell.
