    Non GMO Canola needed

    Hi There.
We are looking to buy non-GMO canola seed.

If you have some available, please reply here or call Roger at 1-800-967-5157 or 403-970-8623.

Canola must not have heated. #1 canola is preferred.

Hi - We're prepared to pay a basis over the cash price. We are likely looking for supply after this year's harvest, but if our sale goes through soon, we may be looking for some 2013 crop as well until the new crop comes in.

I haven't nailed it down yet, but I think that we would be looking at a premium of about $1.60 per bushel over the going cash price.

However, this is subject to getting approval from our oil buyer.

Please email me with your contact info at rfoster@purecoldpressedoils.com, or just call me at 1-800-967-5157.

      Thanks!

          Is this company bondable?

What are the terms of payment?

              Hi Klause,
We would definitely consider it. We could base it on the local elevator price and then add the premium.

Right now, I posted this to see how much is available. We produce cold-pressed canola oil directly on the producer's farm.

I am in talks with the oil buyer to see if he is willing to pay the premium price for the non-GMO oil. I should know something more in about a week.

How much does the polish canola usually yield?

                Oliver88,

Our company pays with 7 days of receipt.

The company is operated by a farm that has been in business since 1970.

If payment is a concern, we could even work out a letter of credit through a bank to ensure payment.

All canola submitted as non-GMO must have a sample sent to the plant for initial testing to determine level of GM present. We are only accepting canola that is below a threshold level. We will also take a sample and test on-farm to make sure that there is not significant GM material present.

                Thanks!

                  Sum,
Hi - PV Oil Mills is a farmer-owned company that is producing cold-pressed canola oil. We will have our HACCP certification in about 2 months, at which time we will be able to supply food-grade cold pressed canola oil.
Our plant uses the very best in cold pressing equipment - German-made KEK presses that can crush 12 tonnes per day each. Our plant has three now, but there is room for rapid expansion within the plant.
Our plant is 1/2 hour from Red Deer, AB, near Clive.
