I know some of you rent land so my question is "do you pay gst on the rental and do you get it back?" Sat in an interesting discussion this afternoon that ranged from "hell no, I don't pay gst" to "you have to and it's not claimable as an itc". Went away confused and my manual is as clear as mud.
