I have a lentil contract from sept for nov delivery
to a large grain company. Mid feb they took half of
it and I'm still sitting on the other half with no sight
of delivery. I talked to the agent I signed with and
he said I cannot break it no matter how delayed it
is. I know these contracts are one sided but 120
days is getting a little much plus the price has
gone up. Is this true that I am stuck with this
contract until they call for it or can it be broken
after so many days?
