I am in Saskatchewan so we have one service provider SaskEnergy. On my bill I pay by the cubic meter. Delivery is .0773/cubic meter. Product is .1453/ cubic meter. Converted to gigajoules is times it all by 26.137. I pay .2226 per cubic meter or 5.82 per gigajoule.
Just got interested in Natural gas cost cause was just at Disney California and our airport shuttles to hotels were using natural gas. Can anyone find out the gasoline equivalent of a gigajoule or cubic meter. I also notice a news report Medicine Hat wants to increase the price from 4.62 to 8.35 per GJ. If Natural Gas is a good price compared to gasoline that could replace a lot of gasoline and or ethanol.
