I am totally befuddled by our agiculture's latest pronouncement on the transportation difficulties. He is going to come up with a holistic solution for the problem. Pars do you have any ideal what holistic could ever have to do with railways? I think Mr. Ritz is like usual just muddying the waters to deflect the criticism because he doesn't have the foggiest. He will have to ask his friends who are the heads of the two railways what to do, as per usual!!!!!
