Combining canary seed with JD 9760

Last year we left filler plates in concave and
some canary seed skinned. Thinking it may be
better to take filler plates out. Any advice???

Leave your filler plates in, tight concave and
    reduce the cylinder speed.

Depends on moisture content and humidity in the air. But itchless varieties we have grown compared to the others require way less threshing and tend to crack way easier also jmo.
