          Thanks for posting but this guy doesn't have a clue.

          We are going to hit a wall and one,headline after
          headline will be read, releastate bubble has burst,we
          are an ASSTOUNDING 42% higher median price than
          when the us's bubble popped-42 ****in percent.

          For fun,run the math on a 1.1 trillion dollar market
          thats about to decline 10 percent a year,cmhc will
          overwhelm our federal budget and the other 500
          billion uninsured will devastate our couple of banks
          who are leveraged to much.-add up their market caps
          if you want to have nightmares tonight.

            Cotton, what exactly is the 1.1 trillion?

            Are you assuming it is going to zero?

            I wonder what the average or Median house price was in Canada compared to the US when the US housing bubble burst?
