Hopefully my last jab at the CWB

And why were there laws to send farmers to jail for exporting grain to the US where the nasty capitalists paid way less than the socialist nirvana, Canada? It seems like passing a law against kicking yourself in the balls.

Found this comment on Smalldeadanimals.com It sums up so much I just had to share it. (I know, its a dual market let it go but I'm stuck in camp and extremely bored)

    Ronski,

Thinking of you and so many others on Aug 1... MP Goodale really missed the opportunity of a life time... in Not accepting the recomendations of his OWN 1996 Blue Ribbon Panel 'Western Grain Marketing Panel' Report.

Had Goodale stayed true to his word... and applied all of these consensus recomendations he asked for... the ownership of the grain industry in western Canada would very likely be totally different today.

In fact the very fortunes of the Liberal Party likey were sacked because Goodale totally miscalculated how important this CWB socialist issue was to so many in western Canada.

It is as it is... and MP Goodale made the nesting spot for his own demise.

Cheers... and Happy farming (and work to build your business)!!!

Ronski, its not a dual market, its an open
market. Only the CWB ever called it dual
      for political posturing and preservation.

Hmm, you may be right. A dual market implies us vs them, I stand corrected. It is now an open market.

BTW, that's a very very good and funny
          quote.
