    CWB offer new initials!

Ha 6.93-1.60 freight $5.33 in your pocket. Hm
that's better than it use to be when they owned my
grain. Oh wait they didn't give 60 percent away to
our special friends at bottom price.
Funny their still short close to 4.70 a bushel. Oh
well the CWB supporters should be happy.

    Sask,

    I don't get it.

The CWB could offer 'Put' backed minimum prices... and still have us in the pool.

$7.50/bu HRS and $12.50 Canola should be as simple as apple pie and ice cream.

The definition of insanity... doing the same thing over and over... yet expecting a different result.

      One more sleep !
And the CWB will become just another grain buyer, instead of an unaccountable grain taker.

      It's finally going to happen!

I could be missing something but... I agree with Tom. I don't think the new cwb gets it. Most of my wheat this year is being trucked in on Nov basis contracts. Cheers

They tagged a line on the official announcement how since these prices were set, the wheat market has ran up and will be reflected in future PRO's. How long ago did they set these and does it take so long because the government is still the one authorizing? They also stated no more monthly PRO's, just as the market dictates need for releases. All new CWB contracts are also 100% fills, no more over/under allowance and Act of God's are available but only if you let the CWB know about an event which will reduce yield OR GRADE.

also. if the initial is 75% of the pool return on wheat ( durum stated as probably lower but higher than 65%)that would mean an pocket final return of $7.10 right now. Open market bids in $8 range. CWB may have changed but the speed in which they act and ignorance of people doing their own math hasn't.
