Am i the only one excited about beans hitting this.

Take this or leave it but.....there is an outside
possibility that a new trading range could be set and
beans will never go below 16.63.

The corn market sliced through the previously unattainable $8.00 level easily overnight, while the new-crop December contract is only pennies away, with support continuing to come from both commercial and noncommercial traders. The former is the key as in previous years (2008, 2011), when the spot month contract approached $8.00, the supply and demand outlook was bearish. Not so this year, as commercial buying intensifies (strengthening inverse in futures spreads) tied to the U.S. crop that has been decimated by drought. It also means those who have been shouting the "top is in" were and continue to be a bit premature.

Imo,if we can hold and close above 17.12 for 3 days
we are off with no resistance levels,i still expect a
short term shake out but i hope I'm wrong and we
just blow through.

It was a good day with soybeans and
soybean meal at contract highs. The
17.49 was the September's with other
months at an inverse. Soybean oil
remained units trading range and we'll
below contract highs.
