    Crop outlook

Just did a small tour of west central sask and east central alberta and there are some pretty shitty canola crops out there. In the 500km tour I saw 1 really nice canola crop. Pea crops overall look nice and cereals look decent. What have others seen?

Things are really good here in southern alberta. I've
heard a lot of "best crop ever" talk lately

Looking really good around here also, drown out spots are variable but rest of fields seem to be making up for it. Lots of peas planted into canola stub, may be some weed surprises coming up there.

        NE AB looks good,
Some places a little more moisture would really bring things along... Peas on RR Canola with Viper applied smoked the RR and we have nice clean fields. RR Canola really cleaned up nice... Axial seems to really yellow the wheat crops for 2 weeks... Fungicide next week...

Hope the big mean white clouds will leave us alone this summer...

I didn't do my Friday crop report because spraying
. Heat is awesome, wind sucks and 1/4 inch
Friday night was nice. Crop is moving up in our
area 2 out of 25 canola should have plowed
under, rest getting a top fertilizer plus disease
now. Durum coming but not close to my best, it's
nice, hrs really combining along grat now with the
heat. Disease control just finished. Peas oh well
next year , still not yellow any more just trying to
fill in. Oats quarter ok barley nice. Sum it up the
heat is awesome, this is what we needed last
three years. Flooded areas are lost but rest is
          their.
