One Earth Farms Loses $3.2 Mill in 1st Quarter!

The western Producer has a story how one
Earth First quarter was a loss of $3.2
    Mill.
Must make all those investors very
    happy.
The company was happy since it was down
from last years first quarter loss of
    $3.8 Mill.
Im always happy when I have a loss.

The writings on the wall for those fellers...better they stay with bonds and sure things rather than gamble on agriculture. They're way out of their league and will learn their lesson before long.

The way the article is written thats their
first quarter loss. So how bad has the
first few years been and how much has Ag
      Canada Given to these guys.
My 1st quarter was a very nice profit.

        From their web site:

"Sprott Resource Corp. first invested in One Earth Farms in 2009 and has invested $57.5 million for an 58% ownership position."

Holy Moley...that sounds like quite a bit of money to blow on farming...but they must be in for the long haul.

is that a quarter loss or a year loss?
Does not really matter its a loss. I don't have the producer so how do they think they will improve themselves?
How will they cut expenses? Perhaps depreciation will be lower in the next years. Or maybe the rest of us need to bid more at these auction sales for all this new equiptment coming up. Do they have a good main man I can hire?

Let the bleeding begin or maybe a good dose of bloodletting would cure their ailment! Natural selection has a way of weeding out the weak, slowly but surely afew will perish.

S3, you would be the only farm I know that would have a nice profit in a quarter that has no production
