We're OK, a little hail and an inch of rain out of the cell last night. I hope the crop damage wasn't too bad. Major hail along the #3 highway and north. A tornado was apparently spotted around Enchant, about 15 miles away, it sure was ugly. Hail through Lethbridge, I've heard. Worst storm I've seen in a while.

I'm not sure how far east it went. Schuler radar was(and still is)down. Our east farm got grazed last night, and was pouring there when I checked pivots last night about 11 o clock. I could see the moon coming up, so nothing further east. That doesn't mean there weren't more cells coming up from the south.Comment

Did a quick crop scout of my home quarter. Canola is battered to shit and partially buried, but there. Some leaf stripping and holes, but it will come back. If I could get out there with the fert spreader, I would. Maybe in a few days. I guess I fared better than some.Comment

Sounds now like there were three tornado strikes last night, all between Taber and Enchant. Hope Sask doesn't get the same today.Comment
