    Wet May??

Looks like the 5-10th could be wet as well after this system moves out. Just looking at a U.S. precip forecast model this a.m., it has been fairly accurate. Could get interesting for some....

"Rain will occur in Alberta and southern and western parts of Saskatchewan while leaving northern and eastern Saskatchewan and Manitoba dry. Temperatures will be warm enough to where a majority of the precipitation will occur as rain with the exception of a snow and rain mix possible in northern regions overnight.

The greatest amount of rain will occur in southern Alberta. A region enclosed by Coronation, Hanna, Brooks, and Medicine Hat will receive between 20 and 40 millimeters of rain. An area outside the previous regions that is enclosed by Lethbridge north to Edmonton and Edmonton southeast to Swift Current will receive 11 to 25 millimeters of rain. Remaining portions of Alberta and Saskatchewan along and southwest of a line from Moose Jaw to Peace River will receive 8 to 15 millimeters of rain. Areas north and east of the line from Moose Jaw to Peace River and west of a line from Estevan to Cold Lake will receive 3 to 10 millimeters of rain and areas east of the line from Estevan to Cold Lake and west of a line from Melville to Melfort will receive a trace to 5 millimeters of rain."

5mm on a line east of Estevan???? That was the first hour - right!!!!

It's looking like a canola chart. Economists have second jobs in the weather office, or what?
