Klause That old yard site that I mention to you before got sold. Daughter of a nieghbour and her partner wanted to build a house in the back countryside off the main road, from first talk to sell was only 2 days so sold pretty fast. They wanted the machine shed to insulate and use as a work shop and with the small old wooden bins in perfect condition was just what they were looking for. I never advertised it and they give me asking price. They will build the house next summer.

Also enough snow for snowmobiling here now. So will all go to run off and wetten things up, we don't really need it, is the way it is.

                    Aww dang.

                    Oh well, it's business!

Are you still planning on renting the
house out? We wouldn't mind being closer
to the land than Pilger. LOL.

I'll give you a ring later on today if
                    you're around - didn't catch you
                    Saturday.
