Get out of the House What a Great Saskatchewan Day!

Get the heck out side. Take a walk, go
ice fishing (don't fall in), go skiing,
    hell cut the grass.
Today is just plain unbelievable in
Regina, Were plus 7 at 12 noon.
Kids and I are Biking along the bike
paths, No snow, City actually cleaned
them, well never had a grader all winter
in our end so may as well clean the bike
    paths.
Canadians are getting fatter, so are
    Americans. The holiday this year
confirmed most of us could loose a few
pounds. Look at a picture from your
holiday almost 90% of the people in it
    are over weight.
Is it the food we eat, you bet.
What happened to Bread, meat, potato's,
    vegetable and salad.
Excercise is very important, But is the
    real problem processed food?

Hey if you wanna look at some nice lady bums go surfing at Waikiki. Can't believe I never tried that before and first time at this age, not actually that hard, still scared to try the bigger waves. Beach volleyball is good also and you can wear sunnglasses so no one can see what your looking at.

I was pretty surprised the general condition of people
as well, but if you want to see girly boys that jap mall
      in honolulu was it.

I'm thinking it is a lack of underlying muscle mass
and tendon development added to increase in
      calories,especially carbs.

When those people do physical stuff they arnt
      burning calories.

But,hypocritically,i'm a few above my ideal
weight, thanks to a summer of non stop rain.

Im not skinny any more either but trying
to keep a constant weight of just over
        200 is tough.
Yea the scenery in Honolulu is really
nice. The one day we were on the beach
they had a beach volley ball tournament
with TV crew and all. Nice out fits.
But most people on the beach were way
over weight. Seems young girls are so
over weight and dont seem to care.
        Times have changed.
I love to walk every where I can.
So yes excercise is answer but also good
        fresh food.

I was kinda shocked at Disney, and was thinking the same thing.
Interting to see how many people eat those turkey legs like we eat chicken wings.

Saw that last year when we were at Disney.
Its a Turkey leg. But they fly off the
                          gridle. People walking around chewing
                          down.

When I was in school back in the 70's, the average weight of a full grown man was 175 lbs. according to the health textbooks. What would you say is average now. Is there anyone under 175?
