Viterra July grain pricing order triggered at $13.50 ( $5.80 basis) but still a little off the strike price with the $586.60 (highest traded)=$13.44/bu.

We have to allow the experts to be wrong, they base their opinions on what is happening at the time and a bit of crystal ball gazing. As we all know hindsight is 20/20. I wouldn't want to be an analyst making predictions.
As a producer, make profitable sales to cover expenses or cashflow needs, if you want to gamble on the rest do what the analyst does and compile information, look into the crystal ball, and make your best guess. Good luck!!

Farm Alcoholic Its kind of funny went to
a Cargill Marketing seminar and told
that my contacts in Brazil and Argentina
know nothing, Cargill has reps down
their to and they understand farming.
My contacts all farm and travel allot.
Hm one of your own on the ground or one
of theirs you judge who is correct.
They purchase our grain we grow it Ill
              always trust a grower.

Saskfarmer: Can't argue with that logic, I too would trust the unbiased contact you have in S.A. My point was no one can see the future and events change constantly. Predictions are only someone's "best guess". Did you get lei(ed) in Hawaii?LOL

Good one on the Hawaii part. Yes its a
guess but Farmer to Farmer information is
better than Elevator to elevator to
farmer. When we froze they knew and how
bad. Never shit them and they never shit
                  you.
