Reads like political posturing to me. I view it as
anti Harper more than pro separation. They made
that headline to attract readers. Fodder...nothing
      more than that.

Justin made his point...now we can disregard any further outbursts. Posturing is correct...but it means that perhaps Harper should be constrained before he really goes berserk on his "mission to change the face of Canada". He is starting to take a fascist turn in his government's policies which I don't like.

That fascist policy of allowing farmers to sell wheat and barley to the buyer of their choice. That fascist policy of no longer having the proceeds of your business used to fight against your personal and political views, or the best interest of your business. Truely disgusting isn't it Wilagro.

“The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people
tolerated the growth of private power to a point
where it becomes stronger than the democratic state
itself. That in its essence is fascism: ownership of
government by an individual, by a group, or any
            controlling private power.”
            Franklin D Roosevelt.

This well describes Alberta politics where the energy
sector owns the Government. It is maybe applicable
on the national scale to a lesser extent to.

The liberals should concern themselves with trying to maintain official party status and leave the actual concerns of running the country to real politicians. He is just looking for some media attention. When you are a nothing burger you gotta get attention by playing the looney card.
