Riding Arena in The Humboldt, sk area

I know, this isn't really marketing related but there's a
few of you on here from the area.... any of you know
of a heated (or not) indoor riding arena within an hour
    of Humboldt?

    Thanks!

I think there is one just south of Saskatoon, but I'm not sure exactly where.

Klause, I will ask my wife. I would be surprised if there were not several. I have friends who run one just outside Regina, if you need someone to talk to let me know!

How is it going out west? Me and family went to humboldt today, and when we went past the Leroy sign, I stated to my wife, somewhere down to our left, Klause is buying land! We then talked a bit about riding arenas, and the feasibility etc.

Anyway, I assume again that S'toon may have several, as i know Regina does I believe. These friends run it, they don't own it, but they know the numbers, the demand, etc... I'll give you a number if you need.

        Thanks

We know there's some around Saskatoon... one's
owned by a friend of Darcy's, he's an Arab breeder.
        Quite the interesting/quirky character.

We found a place to stay in at Pilger until our house
is built.. and I found work that pays as well as the
oil patch hauling gravel for the BHP mine for
Kreuver's.... Looks like we'll finally be at our
        permanent home soon

pilger is a bit of a distance from your land here, do you now have land up there also? Do you have a power serviced lot closer to where you farm?
I did purchase my moms 80 acres and acreage property. Will be up for rent but not sure of time when availlable as my mom is still doing maintenance in another property before she moves. Passed some gravel trucks while on the way to Manitou yesterday seems a big pit there in that area. Not sure if that is that company hauling it.

Would your Mom's place be available by Feb 1?

            That would be ideal....

No land at Pilger, but we're putting up a timber-frame
house on our quarter in Muenster, this is just a
            temporary arrangement...

Oh no definately not, I could rent it out without doing any maintenance as it is in currently very nice shape. She was thinking end June but we could arrange something sooner. I also have like an abandoned yardsite with still power service no water. Machine shed with workshop tools still there. Press, drill press, old welder, air compressor, work bench, tools etc. One mile north of your 3 quarter rental. You likely have all the tools. I don't think I am interested to sell as yet, I like to have the hopper bins and machine shed use for winter. Maybe you could use the spot to do machinery maint.

That works... we're renting the pilger place for 6
months.... would be nice to have a shop-type spot. I'll
call you in a bit... trying to get tings organized for the
                  move. LOL.

Klause, is your MB land sold? are you renting it out or still farming it yourself?

                          Thanks

A lot of guys are open about things on here... Land
prices, fertilizer, and commodities... so I figured I
                          should be too :P
