    Blackberry Tablet

Walking through sears and seen a tablet for
499,walked further in the mall and seen one for
    200$.

I'm sort of trapped in a sasktel contract and my bb
phone,i wanted to goto a iPhone and and iPad but it
would cost an arm and a leg to get there. The old lady
and kids pretty much monopolize the pad so id have
    to get another one.

So if you have a blackberry and want mobile internet
besides this is a very cheap option.(the tablet
    bounces of the phones signal)

I wouldn't say the tablet is as nice as the pad but its
    pretty good.

I bought a playbook when they were
released and was very disappointed in it.
But it has been getting steadily better
and is now functional. The price is
awesome, bridging to my phone works great.
If RIM comes through with its updated OS
system expected in feb it will be amazing.
If not its a handy gadget for 200 bucks.

I just bought a $200 BB Playbook for the same reason, BB contract and it works with bluetooth with my phone to have mobile internet. Pretty cool so far.

        Cotton,

The BB Playbook is great for mobile Internet to take out to family.

My daughter had electronic Christmas Cards that we took into the hospital to share with grandparents etc... Youtube and the such are really nice to share this way... and the BB notebook fits in the pocket of my jacket.

I have an android now and am looking forward to new apps that become available for the BB Notebook.

At $200 it is a deal... the wifi works well... 4 hours is about max without recharging the battery I Found.

A good tool for those who use the internet and like to google... we take these everywhere... very nice!

whats your guys opinion on the chargers.

it looks like they are compatible with
my phone but the playbooks kicks out
twice the amps.so is the playbooks
          charger safe for my phone

Yes you can use the Playbook charger on the Phone, as long as the Volts are the same. (5 volts)

Original Playbook charger use in BB phone and use dock charger on Playbook instead. It work good.

It wouldn't matter if the charger could produce 1000 amps, you phone will only use what it needs.

The transformer for my house can produce up to 200 amps that doesn't mean that my lightbulbs will use 200 amps. They only draw what is needed.

All that matters is that the Voltage is the same on both devices, I believe it should be 5 volts.

Have had a playbook for about 6 months now. I like it. IPAD is pretty cool but playbook better for practical uses like browsing, spreadsheets ect. I like being able to run multiple windows. I interchange chargers all the time, in the car at home where ever and no problems. For the price of them now and if you have a Blackberry its a no brainer, because you don't need an additional contract. Tethers to BB nicely. Great for email opening PDFs and Spreadsheets.

I use the iPad but brother just picked up one and I
have been using it. Wow fun and priced
awesome. Ok I bought rim shares lately and want
                    a profit. Nah it's great.
