    Crazy 8 going home?

Ritz announced on Sunnews that the crazy 8 have decided not
    to fight the government.

Any truth to this? I can't celebrate till this is a done deal.

Did it get to tough when they had to use their own money?

I wonder if they left enough money in the
pool for a final payment !

      Greg,

How much were the lawyers the CWB hired costing us:

      $2000/hr?

      More?

I don't even want to guess Tom, hopefully a full audit will
be done and the ones respponsible will be held liable.

            Greg,
The CWB has withdrawn from the case, the new CWB that is. The 8 are still proceeding, however the judge dismissed today's challenge of an emergency injunction but will hear them again on Jan. 17,18.

More taxpayer dollars being wasted. At least our pool money is now safe.
