Actually, Rick...yes....its funny but you are correct. Western farmers never had to think this way and it is the proper way to think. Once bill c-18 is passed a farmer can export wheat in any package, any size from full ships to little 50gram packages of wheat (or barley) for the children to plant as wheatgrass for pet cats. No more buyback fees, and no more threat of being jailed. Although it is meant as a parody, thank you Mr. Mercer for the valuable insight, stimulating "designated area" farmers to get thinking about how many opportunities there will be with our new freedom.
