    Cotton time frame?

Are you talking medium term ie 2 to 5 yrs down the track as its all quite bearish at the moment?

The long term trend of our dollar is up,but even it
will not come close to gold, oil, wheat and art
work, which are headed to the moon.

2 years is a ways out in what i think will become
    painfully obvious.Good basic ballpark though.

I believe it will happen before then.

But to be fair,5 years ago i thought it would be
relized, when deficits hit over a trillion
annualized, but it did and didn't exactly happen.

It took 200 years to get a trillion debt, now it
    happens every 7 monthsish?

Do we need to get to every month/week/day/hour
    before people wake up?

    Somebody tell me,because i haven't a clue as to
what makes the masses mind tick.

Farm economist's telling farmers to bullet proof
their balance sheets as farmland annualizes at 48%
    a year,maybe,your choice,your call.

If you are wondering what the masses are thinking, they are not thinking, they just have a sense of entitlement. They believe because someone else has something they should have it too. Aren't they just as worthy, never mind the fact that the first party may have worked 40 years for it and saved. Or was an exceptional person in their own right and did some good work.

Pgl,actually the entitlement generation also includes
the baby boomers who will receive their entitlements
but the current younger participants will not.

          Ponzi scheme

The cost of all the unfunded liabilities falls on the next
generation,so the gerrey attracts should take it easy
on the gene x'res, all generations are the entitlement
          generation.

Cottonpicken you are right however, just as I shouldn't have painted all of the masses as entitled. It is only the baby boomers who are living beyond their means or exploiting unrenewable resources to excess, who should be described as entitled, and robbing from the next generation. Nobody can help but worry about the mess that we will be leaving behind.

I read my post and would like to leave out any reference to any specific group. Anyone who doesn't feel they should have to earn their, possesions, position or respect is deluded, and expecting to benefit from others.
