    Concerns with Winter Cereal Crops

Should there be any concerns with winter crops coming out of dormancy with weather like this, 5 to 10C? Sounds like this weather could hold for 7 - 14 days?

I wouldn't be too concerned. In the States, they grow winter cereals that are in a freeze/thaw cycle all "winter".
Besides, nothing you can do about it except worry.

Remember the seeds are in cold soil. soil
reacts much more slowly than air
      temperature.
