    Quinoa

Does anyone have quinoa seed available? I have some saline patches i want to seed something to. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

We grew it in test plots years ago, Dave. Doesn't
do well in the S.E.as it's too hot in the summer.
It also has a coating on the seed which has to be
removed before grinding so an extra process. As
well, the cook wasnt wild about the taste of it
    lol Pars.

If you find a seed supply, let us know, I'd like to try it too.

And I kinda like the taste of it, mind you, my significant other is a great cook!

Its basically lambs quarters (Chenopodium album) so if you can grow that weed, you can grow quinoa.
