    hOPPER,

I know where a local elevator would sell it to someone else... for $5.80/bu... and give you $3.80 CWB Board... Premium Premium Premium discounted $2/bu!

You know you can deliver soft white as Board feed... right!

Tom? How could anyone be so stupid that elevators actually have offered that. Is that person set on selling to the CWB? Typically when a person sells grain he asks for the best price and checks several locations with a sample in hand.

One other question is so if the elevator paid you through the cwb does the cwb not own the grain? Not the elevator?

        hOPPER,

"the wonderful benefits of the monopoly"!!!

The board/nonboard switches happen every day. Feed is Feed. Like I said a 108 car unit train of feed wheat went out of our elevator with 300 falling # and 13px.

AS long as the CWB is 'holding down the price'... why worry?

By harvest the CWB will be able to lower all prices... GLOBALLY. If we will sell to them... they will take it off our hands!!!

I think I get it. Its the elevator company giving you board pricing on non board grain. No way this is board grain is it?

            hopper,

If you sell it to the CWB... YES it is board feed wheat. Then the switch to non-board is done between the CWB and the elevator co.
