Changes to CWB Early Payment Options

I will note the CWB has added a category to lock in an early payment option for 3CWRS wheat. Will deal with some of risk issues around locking in grade spreads around initial payments adjustments.

    Dear Charlie,

    I have a problem understanding in how knocking $27/t off a $307/t... at $280... minus $56/t basis... @ $224/t for a 1CWRS 13.5 CWB price...

How is a cash price of $6.10 going to impress anyone???

This wheat is worth $2/bu more!

Because all money goes back to farmers in the pooled accounts. So they can prop up the pool so as to compare it to farmer sales and usa wheat prices.
Also so number one wheat will show a premium. What is feed wheat priced at there now Tom?

        hOPPER,

        hOLD YOUR BREATH FOR THIS...

$3.81/BU. for feed wheat. You can phone in and lock this in as we 'speak'!

And this 'feed wheat' could well have a falling # of 375... and be 13.5 protein.

The 'single desk' grower confiscation monopoly at its finest!

Lowering prices each day... on CWB grains.

Where the lowest price is the law... and the suppliers (growers)get to go to jail if they do not provide the produce needed by the CWB 'confiscation wheat board'!!!!

It must be a CWB half price 'going out of business monopoly sale'!!
