    Stats Canada...IS DISHONEST.

    These people are clueless.

They start the survey saying the information is kept strictly confidntial under federal statute... and end the survey telling me all the people outside the federal gov. they will share our information with that I had just given them.

Perhaps common sense/decency would require disclosure of everyone they are going to release our information to... before I answer questions... NOT After. A deception and dishonest system.

I guess I am just an old grump.

      Jesus h. Christ, TOM.

You have to ask for payment for the info.

They sell this combined info to the grain industry. Sure its not your info specifically, but its a combined info.

You have to ask for your cut before you answer.

By the way... we could sure use some of that extra rain this way!

60 days without a measurable rain event... only dust suppression.

I could only wish. A tenth of rain now makes mud. Used to be a tenth of rain would barely give you a coffee break, now its rubber boot time.

Ah, the droughts, the good ole days when you could accomplish something.

We had adequate moisture until mid to late june if we could have got the crops in.

Hey about the census - I used the entire!!! comment s section on the back to explain why the federal government must come to mediation on the BSE class action. If all cattle producers did this they might get the message.

we got the farm financial survey from stats canada and the ag census, they are asking for the same info twice, is this to check your answers to see if you are telling the truth, I mean being consistent;?

whatever, do we really have to fill them out like"the law" says?
