          Yes that is what I said. The "Record Flood" yous are hearin about is gist that, A Fairy Tale. Why??? Cause they sayin there has never been so many areas with so much water all at once across Manitoba, The Mighty Misses Red & Assboine are not even close to the flood of 97' levels fer the Red or the 76' levels on the Boine. SOO technically there is no "flood", Bye Water........
