Sitting on a CN line and getting phone calls from the CWB about " Why are you not delivering your contracted 09 durum?" We load producer cars and CN has said they will not open this line, Mother Nature has to do it. Last trains were the end of Nov"10".

Ummm, the cwb knows where you are, who you deliver to, and which rail line serves it. How is it that they cannot know why you aren't delivering your contracts? With their multi, multi million dollar computer systems and 500 employees should their first phone call not be to the railway? Maybe you are supposed to deliver it to the terminal at the coast by truck?

guess iam lucky,going to haul the last of my nb durum this week,last bin of canola next week,viterra davidson,cn line.

i will be out of grain by april 1 except 1300 bu. of no. 1 durum from 09.

Caseman, Good work, part of marketing is following through with delivery and payment. This can be a very frustrating task.
