john deere 9350 hoe drill as no till

good day I dont seed many acres about 300 . was wondering if I could seed with a set of 9350 hoe drills without doing field work first in spring.
I usually cultivate my land in fall it is black now.

I can't see why you can't,neighbour has international 7200 hoe drills and he direct seeds everything with them.He says the eagle beaks he uses just have to be in good shape, and not worn out.He grows some really good crops, and at very minimal costs for equipment.

The 9350 had the ranks a little close together, which means their trash clearance might not be great in a no-till application.

I used my 9350 on some newly cleared land last year. I must have had a few tough stumps or roots left in because I broke some big cotter pins on the square tubing. Might want to check them out or beef them up with bolts.
          Good luck
