CWB Fines Me Again!!!!

Just opened the mail and guess what the CWB is up to their same BS again.
Seems I was short 3.8% on deliveries for 2009 2010 Crop Year or a Little over a Super B.
So I get a loveley letter PAY UP BOY or we are taking you to a Collection Agency blah blah blah.
YEA YEA YEA>
Useless BS organization that now even more makes me want out.
Dockage was higher than I thought and one load that heated went as feed.
BO HO CWB Sorry I cant get my numbers to within 3.8% of what is suppose to be out their. How did the CWB do with its Average for prices not even close to 3.8% out yet I have to pay. Great system boys just great.

There has never been a sound if we have been within 10 % one way or the other.

Something is not adding up here. I have personally phoned myself, and was told 15%. Unless my calculator is broke or i do not know how to use it, on 10000 bushels, you must have 8500. Maybe on Monday if i get really bored, I will phone five or six times (you always get someone different anyway)and see if they are all the same page. NOW, lets not forget Iam talking contracts on A,B, and C series. For FPC, and all the other sign up contracts, its no different than canola, you must be right on the bushel.

We should be able to fine them for being $2 under the current market on FPC's - incomeptance being the charge.

Small guy its not like canola. I do a contract on my production not on whole crop 160000 bushels. Its 20000 20000 20000 you get what I mean and then last one is 16500.
With the CWB its guess and deliver to them. They control grades and BS factors etc.
Keep phoning on Monday they will give you a bunch of new answers. I'm just pst I'm paying a useless organization close to 600 of my hard earned money. That they can then throw into a slush fund etc.

You can't be much of a manager if you are out 3.8%. Maybe there is a government program that will help you upgrade your poor marketing skills ;-)
