    asking price 260 sacs with 6 payments
    = US$ 2200 an acre on open area

    If you factor in two and half crops per year that's about the same if not cheaper than here...is that land limed yet? The frontier is still only half developed. I wonder what raw land cost.

      land speculation have drivin prices up. i dont know if outsiders can buy brazil ag land anymore.
