After reading some points there pars, it makes one think. The land lord who's land could not fetch $80,000 in 2003 demands no less than $160,000 today but whines that food prices go up 10% or that gas is up 30%. Or the local realator that is asking $400,000 for a house that was built for $150,000 four years ago whines about the slight increase in food /gas prices in realative terms. Alot of hipo's live amoung us.
