I know him his kids played soccer in Regina with mine. He has been trying to get this going for quite a few years. It was doing good till crash and then I thought his dream ended. McLean was also a bit of a problem. Small town dieing industry wants to come and they think their a big time player. They will loose out. If China is bankrolling it, they will get it up and running.
