    2011 prices

In the last 10 days prices available for locking in next year standard grade wheat APW with spreads either side for quality wheats. Prices hit a high of $330 but have since settled in a $302 to $310 range. You guys got any such options?

Second question reading reports which are i guess to be taken with a grain of salt, but are long term forecasters suggesting USA could be heading for a dryer year bullshit or maybe some truth. I know its almost a unknown but had to ask.

Dont you guys talk about some weather guru over there, ive seen posts occassionally

There is only one buyer with no option to lock in prices. We have no worries because the almighty cwb will always give us the best world prices!

I use a 60 pound per bushel weight or a conversion of 36.74. The $8.45/bu spring wheat prices Dalek refers to would equate to about Cdn $310/tonne.

will answer here rather than elsewhere but the CWB basis price contract (futures only)
equates to $8.48/bu yesterday ($310) at port. Basis will not be known until February but
likely in the zero to 25 cents ($10/tonne) over range. A western Canadian farmer could
likely (not 100 % guaranteed) lock in a new crop 1 Canada western red spring wheat 13.5
protein of just over $7/bu or Cdn $260/tonne (assuming deductions to port of about
                  $1.50/bu or about $55/tonne.

And in North Dakota farmers are locking in 7.38 to 7.58USD for September delivery and no percentage calls.

But we are making that imaginary premium, right?
