I don't understand why the CWB does not communicate with us more regularily about our money they have. I think there should be some deadlines imposed on them when if comes to these issues. I need that kind of information to plan for my business.

I phoned CWB this morning about final payment because I was pissed off. 20 minute wait and guy on the other end says the feds have had info for final for weeks. Gov and CWB playing games again with our money, doesn`t matter who`s right---we suffer!!!Comment

When it takes 20 minutes to talk to someone, ask them if their certified fitness trainer wouldn't let them out of class. It will drive them nuts.
I find it to be very the****utic to irritate the shit out of the people at the 1-800. They are useless leeches.Comment
