      I have one. The trouble is getting the bank to use the program as it is desinged. i.e. allowing high ratio loans without stupid amounts of personal guarantees from you an anyone you're associated with. The banks seem to strugle grasping the fact that it is a government backed loan that you pay a rediculous premium for. Verry similar to a CHMA insured loan.
