Cotton, how does one judge where we're going? What's the comparison, what are the markers??? Seems there are few after reaching a certian level.

I see what you mean about the volume, does that indicate less chance or no chance of a double dip?

Cotton, are the increase of values in the chart I made, all because of inflation, seeing that the CAN$ exchange was fairly close? How can we calculate how much was inflation?

Does anyone know where we can find actual graf charts of all grain prices and input costs over the last say 20 yrs. Including revenue, dollar value and production costs of fuel, fert,chem,seed?

I think this would be interesting to see where the long term history of farming has come/gone.

Not the neat graph you requested but Statistics Canada has a version of what you are requesting in their Cansim database.
