    The Philosophy Of Mao Tse-Tung

"Every comrade must be brought to understand that the supreme test of the words and deeds of a Communist is whether they conform with the highest interests and enjoy the support of the overwhelming majority of the people."
    -Mao Tse-Tung

"It is man's social being that determines his thinking.Once the correct ideas characteristic of the advanced class are grasped by the masses, these ideas turn into material force which changes society and changes the world."
    -Mao Tse-Tung

"It is up to us to organize the people. As for the revolutionaries in China, it is up to us to organize the people to overthrow them. Everything reactionary is the same, if you don't hit it, it won't fall. This is also like sweeping the floor; as a rule, where the broom does not reach, the dust will not vanish of itself."
    -Mao Tse-Tung

"Every Communist must grasp the truth, 'Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun'. "

    -Mao Tse-Tung

"We stand for self-reliance.We hope for foreign aid but cannot be dependent on it; we depend on our own efforts, on the creative power of our own army and the entire people."
    -Mao Tse-Tung

This quote from the Association of California School Administrators could be right out off the mouth of Mao, couldn't it?:

"Parent choice'' proceeds from the belief that the purpose of education is to provide individual students with an education.

In fact, educating the individual is but a means to the true end of education, which is to create a viable social order to which individuals contribute and by which they are sustained.

"Family choice'' is, therefore, basically selfish and anti-social in that it focuses on the "wants'' of a single family rather than the "needs'' of society." Unquote

Don't think Communist Mao via Barbara Boxer mouths doesn't sneak into your children's school. He does. Pars

"Early in 1979, I and several other young nurses from my ward were summoned to a mass meeting. All sixty-odd of us were young married women who had not yet been sterilized.

Secretary Wang arrived and took up a position in front of the assembly. His round little face, normally the picture of conviviality, was set in an expression of the utmost gravity.

'Today we have a matter of extreme urgency,' he began, 'a toudeng dashi, to discuss. It concerns the population of the motherland. The People's Republic of China has within its borders nearly a billion people, or one-fifth of the world's population.

This is a big burden for the people's government. ... Having children is not a question that we can afford to let each family, each household, decide for itself. ... It is a question that should be decided at the national level.

China is a socialist country. This means that the interests of the individual must be subordinated to the interests of the state.

Where there is conflict between the interests of the state in reducing population and the interests of the individual in having children, it must be resolved in favor of the state."
      -Chi An

Read this to your children, will you? Pars

Socialism is basically sacrificing personality for the
        common good.

However, society works when all people work for
their own good, in that they all produce something
        viable.

Humans, like many other creatures, will not work
for the good of others forever, if they have no
        benefit themselves.

When each person works for their interests (their
family, their business, etc) they are productive.

        Society prospers when individuals prosper.

Society disintegrates when no one is allowed to be
        productive beyond the common good.

There is truth about population size, and what can be supported. Just ask the controller of moles!
