Harvest Quality?

A little bit on quality through the threads but no one area. I think quality is as big an issue as quantity.

What is everyone seeing on crop quality to date?

CWRS 1/2 versus 3 versus canada feed? Same alternative wheats and durum?

Bushel weights barley?

Canola - 1 CW, 2CW, 3CCW, sample.

Peas 2CW or better? Straight feed. Other pulses?

Canola good,
Everything else, varying qualities of feed durum,
feed RS wheat, feed rye and feed barley. 82%
of which is still waiting to be harvested.

Canola best canola crop we ever had here #1

Durum is only yielding 75 percent of what we expected. There is a terrific stand but the heads never filled up. Grading mostly #4 some #3 so far bu wieght is 64 pounds and the protien is high 13 . We had Verona and strongfield durum. The Verona thrashed out better and stood up better than strongfield.

Maple peas mostly flooded out we got enough back for seed.

75% #2 bran frost no ergot
All our wht is 11-11.5% protien, much the same everywhere here except Turtleford area 13-14%
Green peas all 2 ob - done before rains.
Red lentils ex 3 - doing now
Winter wheat showing 3rd leaf - looks good so far.
