    Between Sept 19 and Sept 21 it is going to snow somewhere (or everywhere) in the prairies.

              Furrow, I think the music artist you are describing is Darius Rucker. He was the lead singer of Hootie and the Blowfish. Now he is on country station. I have flaaaaat oats, its aaaalright aaaalright.
